Kaley cuoco engaged, Big Bang Theory star Kaley Cuoco flashed a huge diamond ring in Los Angeles yesterday as she arrived on set of the comedy show, following news she's engaged to boyfriend of three months tennis player Ryan Sweeting.

The blonde actress, who briefly dated Man Of Steel hunk Henry Cavill before the whirlwind romance, showed off the stunning rock as she arrived for work causally dressed in baggy trousers and a jumper.

A rep for the 27 year-old confirmed the happy news yesterday to Us Weekly, with a source revealing the actress is totally head over heels for the handsome sports star.

"It's only been three months but she knows Ryan is the one," a source revealed. "When you know, you know."

"[She's] never felt this way. She knows this is it. And the ring is gorgeous!" they added.

It's believed Ryan popped the question on Wednesday (September 26) just days after the couple made their red carpet debut at the Emmy Awards on Sunday night.

Hinting at the happy news, Kaley took to Twitter earlier this week and wrote: "Flying high, I could literally touch the sky with you . . . "

The marriage will be the first for both Kaley and Ryan, who previously dated her Big Bang co-star Johnny Galecki for two years.

Kaley is best known for her role as Penny on the award-winning comedy and is currently filming new movie The Wedding Ringer, in which she plays a bride whose husband hires a stranger to pose as his best man.
