Lindsay Lohan’s half-sister Ashley Horn has $25k worth of surgery to look like her, LINDSAY Lohan’s estranged half-sister Ashley Horn has revealed she underwent $25,000 worth of surgery to look like her.

And now? “I’m hotter than Lindsay! I have no problem saying that,” Horn told InTouch Weekly.My goal was to look like Lindsay in her good days, when she was around 18, 19 years old.”

While the pair may not have a relationship, the 18-year-old - whose mother had a brief affair with Lindsay’s dad in the early 90’s - decided she wanted to keep up the “family” resemblance.

“I’ve gotten rhinoplasty, a bit of refinement underneath my cheeks and jawline, some fat injected into my chin and some fat injected into my upper cheeks,” she reveals of her five procedures by Houston-based surgeon Dr. Franklin Rose.

But while she may look like her half-sister, Horn says she doesn’t have a relationship with the Lohans - and doesn’t want one.

“I’m not Lindsay. I wasn’t raised in that family.

“I don’t drink, do drugs or party. I like being a responsible person.”

News that Lindsay had a half sister surfaced in 2011 after it emerged that Ashley’s mother Kristi had a secret affair with Lindsay’s father Michael Lohan while he was still married to now ex-wife, Dina Lohan.

Ashley was confirmed as Lohan’s daughter on the Trisha Goddard show, following a DNA test.

Lohan has already weighed in on his estranged daughter’s new look, branding it “sick and twisted.”
Lohan told Popdust: “She’s only 18 years old and she’s undergoing plastic surgery? She was a really pretty girl in her own right, why would she do something like this?

“I suspect Kristi is behind the decision for Ashley to undergo all this surgery purely for publicity purposes.
“The crazy thing is Kristi is constantly complaining that she’s broke and yet she manages to pay out $25,000 for her 18-year-old daughter to undergo cosmetic surgery when it’s totally unneeded!

“I don’t know what is going through her head to do something like this… but if she thinks for some twisted reason it might help bring Ashley closer to Lindsay I can say for definite that it won’t - it will just push her further away.”
