Gwen Stefani is reportedly pregnant with her third child. And if she isn't, we definitely regret all those beckoning "baby bump" headlines we're seeing. Perhaps she of the washboard abs just put on some weight or is favoring less form-fitting clothes these days?
The No Doubt songstress was said to be with child in early September, according to several outlets, but has yet to officially confirm the news. However, that hasn't stopped speculators from homing in on her belly.
"It's very new, and they just found out," an insider told Us Weekly this month. "They're excited."
The 43-year-old L.A.M.B. designer is already mother to two boys: Kingston, 7, and Zuma, 5. She and her husband, Bush frontman Gavin Rossdale, married on Jan. 1, 2002; he has a daughter, model Daisy Lowe, 24, from a previous relationship.
A few days after the baby news broke, Stefani was spotted concealing her midsection in a loose-fitting top. Then on Saturday, the Orange County native stepped out for friend's baby shower in Yorba Linda with Zuma, wearing black leggings and a gray tank dress, black chain pumps and sunglasses, according to E!.
But the potential for another child isn't totally out of place. The singer told Marie Claire last fall that she and Rossdale had previously tried for another baby.
"I really, really, really wanted one about two years ago. And it didn't really work out," she said. "So … I feel good with what we've got. Everything works out how it should. You can't plan anything, right? You can try."
